Statement on Sexual Harassment

The 22nd Judicial District Public Defender’s Office maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment in any form, consistent with the standards set forth in the OSPD Policy Manual. Sexual harassment undermines professional integrity, workplace dignity, and effective legal representation, and will not be tolerated.
